With over fifteen years in nonprofit development, Katherine (she/her) builds comprehensive fundraising strategies that empower small and mid-sized nonprofits to hone their systems and grow their impact. As both a practitioner and a consultant, Katherine has raised millions of dollars for organizations large and small. Katherine is committed to social change, equity & building a more just world for all.
Taylor Small
Taylor (she/her) is a multi-faceted facilitator, event planner, speaker, graphic designer, and social media artist. She’s grown programs through targeted participant outreach and well-crafted grant applications yielding over $900,000. She has a passion for work that centers equity and inclusion, and emphasizes story-telling as one of our best mediums for change.
Justin Marsh
Justin (they/them) is a development expert who has worked with clients across sectors and across the continent to grow their visibility. Most recently, during a global pandemic, they led a Vermont non-profit through 23% revenue growth by fostering relationships, expanding corporate partnerships, and increasing the profitability of programming and events.
Carey Crozier
Carey (she/her) is a communications wizard with over a decade of experience in graphic design, copywriting and public relations. For the last several years, she’s dedicated her time and talent to growing nonprofits in the northeast corner of Vermont. She helps teams create happy, healthy (and financially feasible!) organizations through clear, effective communication.
